These terms govern your use of Riverge. By creating a room or an account, you agree to them.

Using Riverge

• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
• You're responsible for the content you create and share in rooms, and for the people you invite.
• Don't use Riverge to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or abuse the service or other users.

Your content

You keep ownership of the code and content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display and sync it to the collaborators you invite, so the product can function. We don't claim ownership of your work.

Accounts

Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Plans & billing

• The free tier is free. Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at sign-up and renew until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Service availability

We work to keep Riverge reliable but provide it "as is," without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we'll give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Riverge isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the service. Keep your own backups of anything important.

Termination

You can stop using Riverge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
